The traditional Double-bed Deionizer System + Mixed-bed Deionizer system method has many unreasonable factors such as; Shut down time caused by frequent Regeneration, excessive expense of Regenerant Expense and waste of manpower, disposal issues of fatal wastewater generated at every regeneration, safety problems of using toxic chemicals etc. The Reverse Osmosis Unit + Mixed-bed Deionizer method has innovatively redeemed these problems.
Also in the case of small sized system for research and lab, high purity of ultrapure water can be continuously generated without regeneration process by using the Non-regenerating deionization device to regularly exchange packaging Polisher resin.
